The writer started taking capsules called Diavan on July 18th, 1990. The following is a summary of the results of your perusal.
I am a Diabetic II, male, 68 years old, and weigh approximately 225 lbs. My sugar count, before taking these pills, ran around 274, which is high. It should be approximately 150 to 160.
After starting to take the pills on July 18th, I have averaged 213 glucas over a two-month period.

I want to thank you for making me aware of your product, Diavan.
I am a diabetic and I need approximately 20 units of insulin per day. I have had extremely poor circulation in my feet to the extent that I was experiencing tremendous pain. I was unable to ever get my feet warm due to this problem. 
I have been taking the capsules for approximately 3 weeks now, and I am happy to say that my feet are now so warm I can actually sleep comfortably at night with my feet outside of the covers.

My name is Elaine Ladler. I live in Maple Ridge, British Columbia, Canada. I am an insulin dependant diabetic and have been for eight years. I was introduced to Diavan and started taking it ten months ago. Since that time I have had wonderful results from it. I have lost eighteen pounds. I have reduced my insulin by one-third the amount I was taking. My doctor just thinks it’s great. I am full of energy. I walk for at least an hour a day and I just think that Diavan is a wonderful thing. I think that all diabetics should know about this and should try it as they will have some wonderful, wonderful effects from it.  Thank you.

My name is Rebecca Crozier and I live in Sagle, Idaho. I have been an insulin dependant juvenile diabetic for over twenty-five years. I suffer from nearly every side effect of the disease possible, most particularly poor circulation, fluid retention and extremely discomforting and limiting gastro-intestinal problems. I have been taking Diavan supplement for about four or five months and have noticed a dramatic improvement in my circulation. My feet are no longer like ice and I no longer sleep with the electric blanket on high al the time. I have also noticed a much faster healing time for a lingering ulcer that I had on my instep. My fluid retention seems improved, for which I am very thankful as I am on my feet a great deal. The benefit I am most thankful for, however, is the improvement of my intestinal problems. I felt like I had an active volcano working in me on most days, apparently due to intestinal neuratrophy. I suffered from either diarrhea or constipation and sometimes both in the same day. Cramping, gas and bloating in my stomach that was really severe as well as in my intestines. Not surprising a feeling of illness went along with that. I have been told on numerous occasions that there was not much that could be done to relieve the problems, but since taking Diavan those symptoms are hardly noticeable. I often wished that someone would come up with a simple pill that could be taken to help with my numerous uncomfortable side effects. What could be easier than a pill – little hope of what seemed possible now – and it looks as though the Diavan people are on the right track. I wish them and diabetics a lot of success.

My name is Sherry Gould and I live in Glendale, Arizona. I am a multiple sclerosis patient and a diabetic. I have been on Diavan for about three months.  I have had terrible headaches before – and I mean headaches almost every day of the month. I was on anywhere from twelve to twenty Mediprins a day just to keep working. Since that time I have been on Diavan and have not taken any Mediprins but maybe a couple in the last three months. I have not had any headaches since so I haven’t needed to take any medication for them.

My name is Richard H. Lay. I live in Earlsboro, Oklahoma. And I would like to say that Diavan has kept me from having to go to taking insulin shots. Prior to taking Diavan I was taking glyboride and it just wasn't doing the job. The urine test strips were either dark green or black. And within three or four days after having taken Diavan it cleared right up. And now I have, I am one hundred pounds overweight, or was a hundred pounds overweight, I am about eighty pounds overweight now. The fact that I have been taking Diavan has allowed me to gain enough energy to go out and do something about my weight. I am going to Seminole Junior College, using their athletic facilities over there, every night that I can with myself and my wife. And I would just like to say that I believe Diavan has literally saved my life.  And that's all that I've got to say.

My name is Albert Meyer. I'm from Aurore, Minnesota. I found out I had diabetes. About two years ago I went to a doctor and he took various blood tests and he determined that I was producing enough insulin but my body was simply not using it.  And that I was producing some kind of a, an acid in my muscles which caused them to swell. It was painful.  I started taking this Diavan about two, one year and a half ago. And since that time I have improved quite a bit. My diabetes stayed down to about 120, whereas some in there were 30. And my muscle swelling seems to have pretty much all gone all away.  And, so I have general health I got say I feel a lot better today than I did a year and a half ago. And I think the thing is Diavan has done a lot of good for me. That's all. I think it would be recommended to anybody.
